Minimum Qualifications Required for Admission in Post HSC Diploma Course in Pharmacy
Candidate should
- Pass in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics from a recognized institution in Maharashtra State
OR
- Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination from a recognized institution in Maharashtra State
Application & Documents Required :
No application will be considered unless it is accompanied with a set of all original certificates as well as two separate sets of the attested copies of the following.
- Statement of marks of the qualifying examination (For all candidates)
- School institute leaving certificate (After qualifying examination ) certificate. (For all candidates)
- Statement of marks of the S.S.C. (std X ) or equivalent examinations (For all Candidates)
- Ten recent passport size photographs. (For all candidates)

Economically Weaker Section (EWS) |
Eligibility Certificate for Economically Weaker Section. The income limit of parents shall be as per the Govt. Norms declared from time to time. |

Tuition Fee waiver scheme (TFWS) |
Annual Income certificate of parents issued after 1st April of current financial year. The income limit of parents shall be as per the AICTE norms declared from time to time. |
Tahsildar/ Sub Divisional Officer / Deputy collector / Collector of the district/ Metropolitan Magistrate or appropriate authority. |
Copies of the certificates attached to the application form should be attested by the Head master / principal of the school institute or a Gazetted officer or Special Executive Magistrate .
Candidates have to submit all the original documents at the time of admission strictly . Any delay in submitting the required documents will not be entertained.
